Abstract

Hotel management as a requirement of modern management is the technical units which are obliged to carry out innovations in line with customer requests and expectations. The continuation of business activities in a proactive approach is possible by continuous monitoring of change and innovation. Especially the organization is a part of the culture and innovation management practices applied in such a way that it can make a difference has revealed the success of the enterprises. In this research, it aims to reveal the levels of innovation management implementation of businesses that serve as boutique hotels in Safranbolu destination. For this purpose, analysis of the data provided by boutique hotel managers through survey showed that the enterprises were carrying their personnel and management applications to their organisations.
