Abstract

In this study, the customer reviews are examined which were made for accommodation enterprises in Kyrgyzstan through “booking.com” website. Data were collected from 295 accommodation enterprises included in the relevant website. According to the findings, it was detected that “Bishkek city” had the highest general satisfaction average and the criterion which has the highest average satisfaction level was “employees”. In addition, it was concluded that while there was no significant difference between the type and price variables of the accommodation enterprise; that “price/benefit balance” and “location” criteria positively affected the general satisfaction level.
