Job satisfaction (JS), which is accepted as the antecedent of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), is the expression of the employee's evaluations in emotional and cognitive types about her job. Organizational citizenship behavior which is explained on the basis of social change and psychological contract theory and takes place within the framework of mutual interaction. OCB, has exhibited beyond the official roles of the employee. Thus, it refers to the sum of the employee's voluntary commitment behaviors. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in tourism enterprises. The effect size of the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior was obtained using the Meta-analysis method approach and the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) software. According to the analysis results, the effect size of the relationship with the Hedges' (g) coefficient was calculated as (g = 1.029; p <0.05). Accordingly, it was concluded that the relationship between OCB and JS has a significant and wide effect size.
