In this study; general cynicism levels, organizational cynicism levels and perceived psychological contract breach of the employees of hotel enterprises aimed to between examine the relationship. In the study, after providing conceptual information on cynicism, organizational cynicism and psychological contract breach, these attitudes of hotel employees have been put forward. The poll questions, determined for this purpose, have been asked to a participant group, consisting of 390 persons among 2125 staff within 13 five-star hotel enterprises in Ankara. Data obtained were analyzed through different techniques. The study results showed that a positive and significant correlation was found between the general cynicism, organizational cynicism and the perception of psychological contract breach. Besides that when general cynicism levels of the employees of hotel increases, organizational cynicism levels and perceived psychological contract breach are increasing. Also when perceived psychological contract breach of the employees increases, organizational cynicism levels are increasing. The recommendations related to this subject were submitted.
