Abstract

Strategic human resource management in organizations is important. Organizations are planning their new regulations in this way by realizing the importance of the human resource management. In 21st century, political environment of human resource managements external environment factors has an effect on employees. This study purposes to inform about the effects of political enviroment which is one of the major problem of 21st century on the job satisfaction after the literature review. Literature review has done and in research, it is benefited from these informations. By analyzing concepts of "strategic human resource management, strategic management, job satisfaction, management style" in detail, it is included stratejic human resources management in the effects of political environment on job satisfaction. Research strategy, human resources management, strategic management, strategic human resources management, management styles, political environment, and job satisfaction by scanning the political environment effects on job satisfaction were investigated. In this way, the qualitative research is formed by literature review about the issue.
