Abstract

This research focuses on calculating the carrying capacity of Degle Archaeological Site in order to be protected from the negative effects of tourism in protected areas and to provide sustainable protection. In the research, "Carrying Capacity Estimation Method in Protected Areas", is used to calculate physical, social, real and effective 4-bearing capacity. The research is seen as important in terms of planning and implementation of visitor management in terms of the determination of the measures and measures to be taken regarding social infrastructure and technical infrastructure in terms of visitor management in the context of visitor management. Therefore, it is thought that the research will contribute to the determination of the carrying capacity of the visitor management process and the implementation processes in tourism areas.
