In this study, Istanbul-Atatürk, Ankara-Esenboga, Trabzon and Milas-Bodrum airports and determination of the level of job satisfaction of personel working at the airport location services work we aimed to compare the levels of job satisfaction of the personnel on Location Services. The short version of Minnesota job satisfaction scale in the collection of research data was used. The analysis of the data designated as a research area of job satisfaction as employees service personnel at four airports in resides in, but the employees were found to have low levels of job satisfaction. Also, Istanbul-Atatürk, Ankara-Esenboga airports, the level of job satisfaction of personel working at location services, airport ground services, it was determined that was lower than other employees. In line with the research results and conclusions, several recommendations are presented for researchers and sector managers.
