The aim of this study is to examine the researches conducted in national and international literature on customer complaint behavior towards restaurants. Turkish, English studies, which were open to access, conducted between 2000- 2016 werereviewed and widely found complaint behaviours were suggested. In addition to this, variables which effects complaint behaviors such as, demographic and nationality/culture were included in study.
