The aim of this study on the public employees in Nevşehir is to determine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on relationship between organizational alienation and organizational silence. Managers and practitioners provide empirical information on how to determine how an employee's sense of alienation is related to organizational silence and what organizational and psychological environment organizations need to establish to achieve strategic goals and objectives. The relationship between the obtained data and the independent, dependent and mediating variables were investigated with the research model and it was determined that organizational alienation positively effected organizational silence. Organizational alienation has found that organizational silence does not have any influence on the prosocial silence sub-dimension, it has a low influence on the defensive silence, but has great influence on the acquiescent silence. The full mediating effect of job satisfaction were found on relationship between dependent and independent variables.
