ÜNİVERSİTE-KENT İŞBİRLİĞİNDE FİZİKSEL ENGELLERİN TESPİTİNE YÖNELİK BİR İNCELEME: OSMANCIK ENGEL HARİTASI

Abstract

In aim of this study is to reevaluate Osmancık sub-province from the visually-impaired view in the meaning of the importance of the university-city collaboration. For this purpose, observation forms for accessibility standards under the regulations filled up with a field work. Physical obstacles for the accessibility in the districts of the Osmancık sub-province were determined and reported in the field. According to the observations and analyses, city has a drawback for accessibility standards but the municipality is working for their part of responsibility.
