KONAKLAMA İŞLETMELERİNDE ÇOCUK KULÜBÜ AKTİVİTELERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Many different activities are held in the hospitality management for the guests to have fun and enjoy their time. Kid's club activities allow parents to have more relaxed holiday and on the other hand they contribute to the social, psychological, physiological and mental development of children by amusing. In this study; it was determined to find out the types and contributes to the hotels, the parents and the children of activities from the perspectives of the kid's club animators. Within this context; face-to-face interviews were held with 10 the child’s clup animators who are working at the entertainment services department in hotel establishments by using qualitative research method. The answers given to the semi-structured and open-ended questions were interpreted by analyzing the content.
