Abstract

This goal is to examine the relationship between nepotism and organizational. Thoughts of nepotism and organizational justice thoughts of these learned purpose goals. Plan the research group personally from pre-school education, primary and secondary education institutions under the Ministry of National Education in Ankara province. 450 scales were sent to the determined research group. 300 scale forms were returned from the sent scale forms. The data set of the research was obtained with a total of 257 healthy scales. The questionnaire was obtained by researching to be used in the research. The regulated form consists of three parts. The questions regarding the demographic information of the first questions and the organizational justice perceptions in the second clue were placed and included. The responses to the scales were calculated and analyzed with the SPSS25 program. It can be revealed that there is a statistically significant and inverse relationship between the connection revealed in the hand and the perception of organizational justice. In addition, the effects of demographics on these two variables were examined. While there was no effect of variables such as age, gender, marital status, number of children, educational status, variables such as professional seniority, working time in the institution, institution type, working time, income and in-house position were found to have effects.
