SANAL SEYAHAT DENEYİMİ: PAST VİEW İSPANYA ÖRNEĞİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sanal turlara katılan tüketicilerin gerçekleştirdikleri past view deneyimlerini inceleyerek tutumlarındaki farklılıkları ve benzerlikleri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinde kullanılan ikincil verilerden yararlanılarak içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Veriler TripAdvisor sitesinde yer alan Sevilla ve Barselona bölgelerine ait turistlerin Past View deneyim yorumları incelenerek elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde MAXQDA 2020 programından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre, Sevilla ve Barselona kod dağılımları incelendiğinde ortak kodların her iki bölge için de deneyim ve yenilikçi fikir olduğu görülmektedir. Past view deneyimi ile her iki destinasyonda da o dönemin insanlarının nasıl yaşadığını, geleneklerini veya kıyafetlerini göstererek geçmişe yolculuk yapılabildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca sanal turlar aracılığıyla past view deneyimini yaşayan turistlerin TripAdvisor yorumlarının potansiyel ziyaretçilere yol gösterici nitelikte olduğu düşünülmektedir.
