Gugak ve Ritüel Yemek Kültürü: Kore Kültüründe Müzik-Yemek İlişkisi

Bu çalışma, Kore’de gugak (geleneksel Kore müziği) ve ritüel yemeklerin yalnızca estetik uygulamalar olarak değil, aynı zamanda kültürel sürdürülebilirliğin önemli taşıyıcıları olarak işlev gördüğünü ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. 1991–2024 yılları arasında yayımlanan akademik çalışmalar, kültürel kurum raporları ve ulusal arşivlerden elde edilen ikincil verilerden yararlanarak, araştırma müzik ve yemeğin atalara saygı ritüelleri, şamanistik törenler ve saray etkinlikleri gibi ritüel bağlamlarda nasıl bir arada var olduğunu ve etkileşimde bulunduğunu analiz etmektedir. Tematik içerik analizi yoluyla çalışma, bu ritüellerin paylaştığı sembolik anlamlar ve sosyokültürel işlevleri belirlemektedir. Bulgular hem gugak hem de ritüel mutfağın, çağdaş Kore toplumunda geçmiş ile günümüz arasında bağlantı kuran aktif kültürel aktörler olarak varlığını sürdürdüğünü vurgulamaktadır.
