Abstract

The goal of this study; examine the concept of performance and seeing the reflection of this concept in the tourism sector. Another purpose of this study, researching the whether participation phenomenon of the recreation activity is effective over personal performance or not. the part of recreational activities questioned quote from ‘’Alberta Recreation Survey (2013)’’ doneby the local government in Kanada, Alberta and the part of performance evaluation quote from LIT (Lamar Institute Of Tecnology, 2009) which was improved performance scale. data obtained as a result of survey participation of totally 407 hotel employees in 18 five star hotels and 46 four star hotels.
