YETENEK YÖNETİMİNİN BİBLİYOMETRİK HARİTALAMA İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

It is aimed to present the bibliometrics of international publications examining the concept of talent management with column and network graphs between 1973 and 2018. Accordingly, 635 documents obtained from the WOS database by scanning the concept of ―talent management‖ according to the title tab were evaluated. It is concluded that the most research was conducted in 2016, the most citations were made to the journal ―IJHRM‖, China has the highest number of named and highest number of publications in documents and the USA is the most cited country from other countries. In the majority of documents, author keywords such as talent management, talent, performance, innovation and Human Resources Management were used and the author who received the most citations was Stahl (2012).
