The needs and desires of individuals change every day. Especially modern spaces, products and many things have increased individuals' longing for the past. This phenomenon revealed nostalgic emotion and thought. In this study, it is aimed to explain nostalgic feelings and thoughts of individuals in restaurant experience. In the study, Istanbul Orient Express restaurant was selected and content analysis and descriptive analysis were performed by using 33 Turkish and 76 English comments on Tripadvisor as of April 2019. As a result the ambience of Orient Express affects the guests and it is understood that the historical environment of Orient Express restaurant contributes to the visits of consumers.
