Abstract

In this research, Ortaca district bank personel’s who works bank sector burnout and work satiety levels has been examined. In research scope both special and public banks have been inculuded. This working carries import because of exposing bank worker’s burnout and work satiety levels and is aiming to expose bank workers’ burnout and work satiety levels. Among statistical analysis techniques, frequency analysis, standard deviation, mean, reliability analysis, t-test (independent samples t test), correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed to fulfil data analysis.
