Abstract

Every social system is based on its own jobs and diplomas which are the proof of jobs. Therefore, tourism system must be based on tourismdiplomas for a healthy processing system like in the cases of law, health, engineering and education systems. A very big amount of investments concerning time, Money and labour are made for tourism education throughout the world. Thus, standing by the tourism diplomaed in case of catering tourism sector’s workforce need is a behaviour which adds an important meaning to both sectoral and academic career. In this context, in order to solve the issue of low employment of tourism diplomaed human resources, a set of legislative regulation which will serve as a bridge between stakeholders of tourism system, contain national and regional tourism councils within and embrace the whole tourism sector must be designed and presented as a solution to the public.
