Abstract

The purpose of this study is to research the marketing exercises of thermal enterprises that are in service in Bingöl city. Within this context, two different semi-structured interviews were met with the managers of two thermal enterprises that are active in Bingöl. Therefore, interview technique was used in the study as a data gathering technique. Related interview questions were enhanced through the data achieved from experts. When the research results were analyzed, it was determined that neither of the enterprises had an entirely marketing plan. That case has to be got better immediately for they can maintain their services in the long term and Bingöl city can improve itself in the thermal tourism sector. Consequently, relevant state institutions and organizations need to meet up with private sector representatives and support them.
