TURİZM YÜKSEKÖĞRETİMİ VEREN KURUMLARDA GÖREVLİ AKADEMİSYENLERİN PROFİLİ

Abstract

State of Republic of Turkey has made huge amount of investment for the education of qualified human resorce to tourism sector. However, there are great many of tourism highschools, colleges and faculties and also a great amount of graduates from these schools, the employement of these graduates in the sector is not at desired level yet. This study aims to detect and uncover the facts about the profiles of “tourism academicians” with the assumption of quality of the graduates depends on the profile of academicians. Cross tables of the study introduce such dramatic results about the profiles of academicians working in higher education level schools.
