BALIKESİR İL MERKEZİNDE YAŞAYANLARIN BELEDİYENİN REKREASYON HİZMETLERİNDEN MEMNUNİYET DÜZEYİNİN BELİRLENMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

The main purpose of thisstudy is to determine recreation tendency and satisfaction levels of people residing in Balıkesir province from municipal recreation services. The population of the study is formed people living in Balıkesir city center. To collect data for the study, the survey technique was used end the questionnaire form was implemented to 700 person living in Balıkesir Municipality borders. Obtained datawas analyzed in statistical package program by means of descriptive statistics techniques and Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis-H tests. According to the results of the research that participants are moderately satisfied with the recreation services of the municipalities. Also, the results demonstrate that there are statistically significant differences between levels of satisfaction and education and income levels of participants.
