Abstract

The aim of the study is evaluating of the online reservation channels which increasingly widespread with the usage of the internet by using Fuzzy TOPSIS method that makes easy to decide in a fuzzy occasion that there are no certain differences or right-wrong. A group of decision makers determine the importance of criteria that online sites have (information richness, reliability, design / ease to use, frequent updating and customer service) and evaluate the four selected online reservation channels considering these criteria. The linguistic variables used by decision makers are transformed into positive fuzzy triangular numbers and the order of priority of online reservation channels has been tried to be determined.
