TÜRKİYE’DE LİSANSÜSTÜ TURİZM EĞİTİMİNİN 2023 EĞİTİM STRATEJİSİNE GÖRE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

With the development of the tourism sector in our country, the need for qualified personnel in the sector has increased and importance has been given to the establishment and development of the training to meet the need for these personnel. Tourism education in Turkey is given in two forms as widespread and organized education. The aim of this study is to evaluate the graduate programs of tourism management in state universities within the formal education institutions in terms of 2023 education strategy. In this study, a document review which is one of the qualitative research methods is used.
