Abstract

The concept of soft power; The states‟ cultures, educational institutions, Tv shows, movies, tourism, etc. are charms against the states by being able to use it an element in the form of attractiveness. In this regard, public diplomacy is a tool that legitimizes the actions of the state. When we look at Turkey, because it has a deep history and cultural soft power dealing with great wealth in terms of resource use. Tourism for Turkey, as a way to express himself to the outside world appears to be one of the most effective tools. The scope of this work is to examines the relationship conceptually between its soft power and tourism power with concrete examples.
