Tiyatro Oyuncularının Boş Zaman Tatminleri ve Yaşam Doyumları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the leisure time satisfaction levels and life satisfaction of theater actors in terms of various variables. Although there are many studies in the literature on leisure time satisfaction and life satisfaction, there is no study linking these variables with theater actors. The survey technique used in quantitative research methods wasused as questionnaire. The questionnaire form consists of 3 parts. Within the scope of the research, 527 people were surveyed. Since incomplete and incorrectly filled questionnaires were excluded from the scope of the research, 520 questionnaires were analyzed. Frequency and percentage tests were used to describe the information about the characteristics of the theater actors, and the arithmetic mean test was used to determine the leisure time satisfaction levels and life satisfaction levels. Two independent samples t-test and variance test were used forthe differences in leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction according to various variables. The relationship between leisure time satisfaction and life satisfaction was analyzed with the correlation test. As a result of thetests, a positive relationship was found between leisure time satisfaction and life satisfaction. Within the scope of the obtained results, suggestions regarding both the literature and the application are ahave been developed.
