This study aims to reveal the crisis management strategies used by travel agency managers in travel agencies during crisis periods and their thoughts about crisis management. In this study conducted on 135 A group travel agency managers operating in Ankara, questionnaire technique was applied. The data obtained were analyzed with statistical package program. Percentage and frequency analysis was conducted to examine the perception of crisis management of travel agency managers. According to the findings, it was found that most travel agencies do not give the necessary importance to crisis management practices and do not have a crisis plan.
