Authors are advised to follow the Author Guidelines in preparing the manuscript before submission.
All submissions are regarded as ready to publish and already proofread by the author himself or herself.
After being accepted, authors must pay the publication fee for operational costs (such as page designing, publishing and doi expenses).
Articles will be initially be pre-examined by the editorial board before submitting to the Editorial Board. After the evaluation of the Editorial Board, the submissions will be sent to at least one anonymous peer reviewer, who is (are) determined by the board. In case of approval, rejection or proposed amendments, the contributor(s) will be informed (generally via e-mail) in adequate detail and provided with a copy of reviewer’s report. Whenever needed or necessary, a reviewed and amended submission may be sent to a second reviewer.
Review and Publication Process
A full double-blind refereeing process is used that comprises of the following steps.
Paper is sent to 2 reviewers for review.
The reviewers’ recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes or rejected.
For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.
Acceptance letter will be provided after the revising process.
Author/Corresponding Author will be notified about the possible date of publication.
Policy of Screening for Plagiarism
Papers submitted to JRTR with a plagiarism report (Turnitin, iThenticate etc.). If the plagiarism rate is high, study will be rejected.
