The aim of this research is to determine the effects of nepotism, which constitutes an important problem in organizations on the trust to managers in the case of hotels. In this context, the survey technique was used to determine the level of nepotism perceptions and the level of trust to managers of hotel employees, and, the nepotism and trust to managers scales were applied on the employees of seven five-star hotels in Afyonkarahisar. The data which obtained by survey techniques were analyzed in the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences and descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analyses were used for analyzing the data. In this context, the hotel employees' nepotism perceptions were found to be close to the middle level, and the trust perceptions to managers were found to be over the middle level. Moreover, according to the results of correlation and regression analyzes, the significant correlations were found between two variables and also determined that the nepotism perceptions is significantly effective on the trust to managers. These results were interpreted in the direction of the aim of this research and suggestions were developed about this field.
