Abstract

Today’s consumers are turning their choices towards to local products. In this context, destinanions feature this local poducts within the scope of differentiation efforts. This study aim to inform about Presidia Project and introduce Presidia products in our country which started by Slow Food movement in 1999. In conclusion, mentioned about benefit of The Presidia Project to local producers and suggestions were made.
