In this study, employees' organizational commitment, perceptions of performance and intention of job leaving was to investigate whether there is a significant relationship. Research of the universe, a public institution working in Ankara security personnel unit is connected to the central organization. In the study, survey techniques were used as data collection techniques. The research of universe 192 security personnel responded by forming a statistical analysis of the survey was carried out with SPSS program. Data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation matrix. A high negative correlation was found between emotional commitment dimension and intention of job leaving and a high positive correlation was found between the level of performance and emotional commitment dimension. A high positive correlation was found between the level of performance and organizational commitment of continuing commitment, a high negative correlation was found between intention of job leaving and organizational commitment of continuing commitment, Normative commitment size dimensions of perception weak inverse with intention of job leaving and a weak positive correlation was found between the level of performance. Organizational commitment and continuance commitment dimension of emotional attachment size high positive, normative commitment with the size of the perception of a weak positive correlation was found.
