Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of organizational justice of private and public sector employees in Ankara. Organizational justice perception was measured through the scale of “ Organizational Justice Perception” developed by Colquitt (2001) and adapted to Turkish by Özmen, Arnak and Özeri (2007), containing 20 statements. In order to serve this purpose, the concept of organizational justice was dealt with in brief. Subsequently, the study findings have been discussed. There have been no statistically significant differences among gender, marital status, education status and seniority in terms of perception of organizational justice. However, there is statistically significant difference among age and status.
