The purpose of this study is to try to determine the effects of different personality types on individuals' career perception and choice. It is important to examine the steps related to career perception and to determine the relationship between personality type sand them. In this direction, the questionnaire technique, which is a quantitative research method, wasused. The questionnaire form applied in the study consists of three parts. There are question sabout demographic characteristics in the first part of the questionnaire. In the second part, "Organizational Career Management practice sperception scale" wasapplied to measure career perceptions. In the third part of the questionnaire, "Five Basic Characteristics of Personality" scale wasused to measure personality traits. The data obtained were evaluated in computer environment by using the SPSS 20TR package program. There search was conducted on those working in the service sector. Ankara was chosen as there search are and a survey was conducted with a total of 401 employees. Finally, there search results were evaluated. In the study, statistically positive significant relationships were found betweent he five factor personality dimension sand career values dimensions. When the relationship between the five-factor personality subdimensions and organizational career management practices was analyzed by correlation analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the employees' perceptions of the five- factor personality sub-dimension and organizational career management practices. Accordingly, it is seen that as the extroverted personality traits of the employees increase, their perception of organizational career management practices also increases, and as the adaptability characteristics of the employees increase, their perception of organizational career management practices also increases.
