Abstract

Organizational psychological violence "Mobbing" concept which incorporates work today in many sectors organizations, which exist in most major human resource issues as one of the encountered psychological violence "mobbing" on the phenomenon, which made academic studies compiled aims. Regarding this issue, in Turkey there is a lot of work and research were utilized in this study. Studies of psychological violence under the "mobbing" concepts are given in detail, and in particular with legal size by taking our country in a relatively small number of "mobbing" is given to the related case law. In the study, "Mobbing" in the causes, types and examples of behavior, the consequences are examined in organizations. In line with this literature review was conducted quantitative study on related topics have been created.
